  Lvl 1: Gain a +1.25% AP bonus stack (Max: 4 stacks) of Wrath for every 600 damage received.
  Lvl 2: Gain a +1.5% AP bonus stack (Max: 4 stacks) of Wrath for every 600 damage received.
  Lvl 3: Gain a +1.75% AP bonus stack (Max: 5 stacks) of Wrath for every 600 damage received.
  Lvl 4: Gain a +2% AP bonus stack (Max: 5 stacks) of Wrath for every 600 damage received.
  Lvl 5: Gain a +2.25% AP bonus stack (Max: 6 stacks) of Wrath for every 600 damage received.

  Lvl 1: Recover 100 Shield Points for every stack of Wrath consumed on ability use.
  Lvl 2: Recover 125 Shield Points for every stack of Wrath consumed on ability use.
  Lvl 3: Recover 150 Shield Points for every stack of Wrath consumed on ability use.
  Lvl 4: Recover 200 Shield Points for every stack of Wrath consumed on ability use.

  Lvl 1: Lower the cooldown of a used ability by 2 seconds per Wrath stack consumed.
