Boosts your ability power. Upgrading it reduces Leech Gun cooldown when you deal damage and also shortens the Hybrid Grenade cooldown when you land critical hits.

• Effect 1
  Lvl 1: Increases ability power by 2%
  Lvl 2: Increases ability power by 4%
  Lvl 3: Increases ability power by 6%
  Lvl 4: Increases ability power by 8%
  Lvl 5: Increases ability power by 10%
• Effect 2
  Lvl 1: Every 1000 damage dealt reduces Leech Gun cooldown by 1 second.
  Lvl 2: Every 1000 damage dealt reduces Leech Gun cooldown by 1.5 seconds.
  Lvl 3: Every 1000 damage dealt reduces Leech Gun cooldown by 2 seconds.
  Lvl 4: Every 1000 damage dealt reduces Leech Gun cooldown by 2.5 seconds.

  Lvl 1: Reduces Hybrid Grenade cooldown by 1 second if both shots from a burst are critical hits.
  Lvl 2: Reduces Hybrid Grenade cooldown by 2 second if both shots from a burst are critical hits.
