Login Issues
We want to acknowledge the login queue issue that affected many players shortly after we went live on Steam. From 12:00 UTC to around 15:50 UTC, a bug in our backend system caused login requests to be processed sequentially instead of concurrently. This significantly slowed down queue times and, in many cases, blocked players from logging in at all.The problem has since been fixed, and the login queue has normalized. You should now be able to jump in without issue.Account Creation Issues
Wargaming Accounts- We’ve had some reports that issues can occur when attempting to log in to existing Wargaming accounts through Steam. If you’re affected, please contact our support team—we’ll help resolve it!
