Increases running speed while Stealth is active. When upgraded, adds an additional dash charge and increases its restoration rate. Also grants nearby ally invisibility.
Rejuvenating
Restores structure points over time while ability is active. Upgrading it reduces cooldown and restores structure points on activation.
