Increases damage when all bullets from a burst hit the target. When upgraded, can reduce shield recharge cooldown, and successful quick reload grants bonus ability power for 10 sec.

  Lvl 1: Every 3rd bullet in burst deals 20% more dmg
  Lvl 2: Every 3rd bullet in burst deals 25% more dmg
  Lvl 3: Every 3rd bullet in burst deals 30% more dmg
  Lvl 4: Every 3rd bullet in burst deals 35% more dmg
  Lvl 5: Every 3rd bullet in burst deals 40% more dmg

  Lvl 1: If all 3 shots from same burst hit the target, have a 25% chance to reduce Shield recharge cooldown by 2 sec
  Lvl 2: If all 3 shots from same burst hit the target, have a 30% chance to reduce Shield recharge cooldown by 2 sec
  Lvl 3: If all 3 shots from same burst hit the target, have a 35% chance to reduce Shield recharge cooldown by 2 sec
  Lvl 4: If all 3 shots from same burst hit the target, have a 40% chance to reduce Shield recharge cooldown by 2 sec

  Lvl 1: Successful quick reload provides 15% bonus ability power for 10 sec.
  Lvl 2: Successful quick reload provides 30% bonus ability power for 10 sec.
