Increases damage when all bullets from a burst hit the target. When upgraded, can reduce shield recharge cooldown, and successful quick reload grants bonus ability power for 10 sec.

• Effect 1
  Every 3rd bullet in burst deals 20% more damage.
• Effect 2
  If all 3 shots from the same burst hit a target, there is a 25% chance to reduce shield recharge cooldown by 2 sec.
• Effect 3
  Successful quick reload provides 15% bonus ability power for 10 sec.
