Reduces ability cooldown when Hunter is on low health. Upgrading it grants ammo overcharge on low structure, as well as damage resistance stacks.

• Effect 1
  Ability cooldown reduces by 20% while structur is lower than 15%.
• Effect 2
  Ammo overcharge for 4 sec (ammo overcharge allows you to shoot without ammo consumption) triggers when structure is lower than 15%. Cooldown 30 sec.
• Effect 3
  For every 7000 damage received, you get 5% damage resistance buff until the end of the battle. Max 2 stacks. Buff is lost upon death.
