Has two charges. Upgrading it boosts damage output for a short time on activation, reduces ability cooldown, and restores additional shield points when on low health.
Rampart
Mod for improved shield replenishment. When upgraded, it can be triggered with a full shield, providoing an overshield that grants healing and reduces ability cooldown.
