Launches a grenade which creates an area of effect that heals allies and damages enemies.

Increases ability radius. Upgrading it extends the ability duration, and any damage or healing effects are enhanced when applied consecutively to the same target.
Infection
Increases how often damage and healing occur in the area. Upgrading it also gives energy when healing and makes targets that leave the area keep getting damage or healing for a short time.
